Cake Love! We love cake and choosing a healthier lifestyle should not deny you enjoying cake. With innovation we have substituted imported ingredients with local fruits and flours that make cakes healthier while maintaining delicious taste.

We use our local flours to make crackers that are wheat free. Roasted cocoa nibs also available for snacking. Please note that due to our production set up, even though some products don't contain wheat, we cannot certify gluten-free.

Helen's Daughters Farmhers Market
Helen's Daughters is a non-profit empowering rural women farmers in Caribbean countries including St. Lucia, St. Kitts and Nevis and St. Vincent and the Grenadines. They host Farmher's Markets on the 2nd and last Saturdays of each month at the Aquatic Center grounds in Rodney Bay St. Lucia. Our Founder is a member so you can find us in attendance on the last Saturday of the month. Come out and support local cultivation and production. Buy local!.
