At Food Harmony we believe in healing the planet and ourselves through the way we grow and consume food. Join us in transforming our eating and farming practices for a sustainable future and discover the harmony between soil health and human wellness.
Earl Nightingale

With chronic health issues on the rise and most of our food being imported into St. Lucia, health equity through food justice, food sovereignty, and education call for our urgent attention to address health and education inequities. At Food Harmony we create solutions that prioritise soil health and human well-being to foster a healthier planet and population. Our mission is to redesign how we farm & eat for improved human & soil health. We manufacture nutritious snacks, sold online and monthly at the farmers market. We also educate the community about regenerative lifestyles and regenerative agriculture practices to support the creation of a healthier and more meaningful life for our people with every passing day. This is the beginning of work in the food and farming industries that will span generations.

Our founder was determined to find new ways to farm and she has!... using regenerative practices.

Join our community where we move together and also learn about new ways to farm and eat that foster health.

Help us make this island more food secure by volunteering or financing the planting of a tree with our Plant A Tree (PATI).

At Food Harmony, we align our work with the global SDGs, advancing sustainability through regenerative agriculture, local agro-processing, and community engagement in health and education. Here's how we contribute:
We grow organic, nutrient-rich produce using regenerative agriculture to improve food security and soil health.
By restoring soil fertility and avoiding synthetic inputs, we support long-term food resilience for our communities.
We promote health through organic, plant-based foods and education.
Our vegan products support better nutrition, while we teach communities how soil, food, and health are deeply connected.
We engage youth, farmers, and consumers in learning about sustainable farming and food systems.
Workshops, farm visits, and community events make food and soil education accessible and actionable.
We create local jobs in farming and agro-processing, supporting fair and meaningful employment.
By adding value to produce locally, we keep more of the food economy in our communities.
We minimize waste and maximize value through local processing and seasonal eating.
Our products reduce post-harvest loss and promote conscious consumption of sustainably grown food.
Regenerative agriculture helps us draw carbon into the soil and build climate resilience.
We work with nature — not against it — to grow food in ways that restore the earth.
We collaborate with farmers, educators, and local groups to amplify impact.
Together, we build stronger food systems and healthier communities.
